What you'll be doing
- Leading dynamic, full-day client workshops each month
- Coaching and supporting entrepreneurial teams using our battle-tested frameworks
- Collaborating with a network of like-minded former entrepreneurs and executives
- Shaping the scaling journey for South African businesses across industries
Who we're looking for
- Former founders, co-founders, or C-level executives who have scaled businesses (ideally 30–300 employees)
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and group leadership skills
- Passion for entrepreneurship and structured business growth
- Based in South Africa (remote with in-person workshops)
