Client-related information
In the course of providing advisory and facilitation services, we may process personal information relating to leadership teams or employees of our clients. In such cases, we act as an Operator under POPIA and process that information only on the instructions of the Client.

We process personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver advisory, coaching and facilitation services, manage client relationships, issue invoices and process payments, improve our services and website, send relevant business communications, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We process personal information only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

We process personal information on the basis of consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate business interests. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, comply with legal or tax obligations, or meet legitimate business purposes. Client data retention is governed by the relevant client agreement.
